Syncful is a scheduling and availability polling service that allows users to create polls, share them with participants, and find mutually available times for meetings and events.

3. User Accounts

You may use Syncful without creating an account. However, certain features require an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You retain ownership of content you create on Syncful (poll titles, descriptions, comments). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNCFUL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Syncful and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
